Refund and Return Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The United Arab Emirates is our country of residence. INDEX Media controls this Site from the UAE. Users accessing the Site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws.
  2. The laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the use of the Site and these Terms, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
  3. INDEX Media accepts payments via Visa and MasterCard in AED. All transactions are subject to applicable payment provider terms.
  4. INDEX Media will not trade with or provide services to individuals or entities restricted under applicable sanctions regulations.
  5. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and policies.
  6. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
  7. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or transact on the website.
  8. Orders are confirmed upon successful payment, and confirmation will be sent via email.
  9. Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once processed or shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

DELIVERY POLICY

  1. Orders will be delivered by INDEX Media delivery services.
  2. Delivery will be made to the registered address:
    • Morning: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
    • Evening: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  3. Proof of order must be presented at the time of delivery.

REFUND POLICY (Dubai Only)

  1. Refunds require the original receipt.
  2. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported at the time of delivery.
  3. Items must be returned immediately in original condition, packaging, with receipt and valid ID.
  4. Items that are damaged, misused, or altered will not be accepted.
  5. Refund processing may take up to two (2) weeks after verification.
  6. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, in accordance with bank policies.
